Jorge Franco changed of team... |
|
Hi Friends!
Just like we do every month, we're once again reporting on the latest news of all our friends. This time it's about an old friend from the Reptile world that everybody knows.
Name: Jorge Franco.
Marital Status: Felizmente Casado.
Children: 3.
Place of Birth: Mexico City
Age: Discretion is the better part of valor!
Previous Agency: Olympus
Now working at: Gray Line
We've known Jorge for a long time. For those who have made a career in the agency environment, Jorge is better known as DUDE, and is remembered for having worked for a long time at Olympus.
Tell us, Jorge...
How do feel with the new agency?
"Just between you and me, relaxed, at peace and happy. I'm on a vegetarian diet because of my friendship with the Sales Manager."
Do you think that change is always good??
"Always."
Why?
"Because it allows you to renew your strength and energy; you breathe differently, with more confidence, avoiding stress and the low performance of today's market."
What do you think of today's market?
"It has changed enormously: globalization, the Internet and marketing…everything needs to be updated and adapted."
What do you see for yourself in the next 2 years?
"Training the destination's future sales reps so they'll have a better attitude, better preparation and knowledge base; confidence, conviction and better performance.
I'm a firm believer in motivation and incentives above repression and punishment: you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar!"
Is there any comment you want to add?
"Personally, I had the opportunity to work with a very noble, very young team. With them, I acquired the experience of transmitting what little or lot I know about sales, and more importantly, on human relations. That was the Olympus team at the Airport."
"Thanks to them, I achieved great satisfaction as the Assistant Sales Manager; thanks to their teamwork, they exceeded their sales objectives for the destination. The great communication with my former colleague, Adrian Avila, who I consider a great friend and a model of the teamwork philosophy, was a key to our success."
